"Great place and sweet setup. Easy walk down to the water although it was very high. We brought our own smoker and pizza oven and just lounged around the house and played cornhole and pool. The cat from other reviews I read showed up and hung out all weekend as well. Utilized the hot tub which was clean and easy to operate. Only knock on it is the kitchen sink easily clogs but will drain if you run the dishwasher."

"Owner/property manager was very attentive and responsive. The cabin was perfect, we were there for a wedding at Pennyrile Lodge, the bride and groom stayed at one of your other cabins and it was also super cute. I get we should have had the wedding at 3 oaks instead ♥️ I love your concept!"

"There were three of us who stayed here for 5 nights (ages 77, 51, & 13). Great communication, nice clean smelling house, comfy beds, and plenty of room. We had everything we needed right from the start. Nice neighborhood, relatively quiet, nice for walks. My father had never heard of a VRBO rental and was blown away when we walked in. ☺️ Would definitely recommend!!! A+"

"Loved this property! Super easy to find, great location, clean, very spacious, all the comforts of home. My work team opted to stay together while in town for an outing at KY Lake rather than all rent hotels rooms. Best decision. This was the perfect place that allowed everyone to have their own space. "The house was big and perfect for our two families! The lake was amazing for both swimming and fishing and not very busy, especially during the week. We all had a great stay and plan to come back next year. The only thing I would change is a ladder from the dock to the lake to accommodate swimming and getting in and out easier. We had to make our own makeshift ladder that ended up working ok. The owner was very responsive to any questions that arose. We will definitely be returning in the...
