No silverware, plate nor stovetop (not even portable).No dish sopa or dish towels. Had to run water several minutes to get hot water for shower. Had to get staff to clean out tub drain after standing in soap /dirty water of shower. "

"I always choose this hotel when flying out of Richmond. The front desk clerk was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, I sleep like a baby. The breakfast was ok, sausage need to be cooked more and food was cold. Our driver to airport was very nice , thanks Karen. "
