Situated in the 40 stack of the Ilikai Hotel, this location is preferred by travelers as you're in a spot closest to the ocean & it offers spectacular views of the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Tastefully furnished with a contemporary Hawaiiana feel, this condo has a comfortable king bed with a brand new sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is open, spacious and well stocked to provide you the comforts of home while on vacation. Although there is no oven, there is a microwave and toaster oven for you to use. Cable TV & FREE high speed internet access with password protected WIFI along with local, US and Canada phone service included. This condo offers the comforts and conveniences of home. It is well maintained, reasonably priced and conveniently located in Waikiki.

***Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 4 of the exterior spall repair and painting project, scheduled from late September - December 2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked for your safety and will not be accessible and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that the schedule is subject to change. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in April 2027.
AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Gym access is available through the hotel - daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. Please inquire with the hotel's front desk for more information.
