Featuring an ocean view of Waikiki Beach and the sunset! 1,200+ sf, perfect for families and large groups - sleeps up to 6 people. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths with free valet parking (please tip the valet). Located across the street from Waikiki Beach, with endless dining, shopping, and activities just steps away! Centrally located in the PERFECT location to enjoy everything Waikiki offers! Complies with vacation rental rules!

This property complies with all local vacation rental rules and regulations! This privately owned and operated Waikiki Beach Tower condo offers large spaces, ocean views, and all the amenities the hotel has to offer.

The spacious interior offers 2 bedrooms (California King in the master bedroom and 2 Singles in the guest bedroom), 2 full baths, and a large living/dining area. The Living Room has a Queen size sofa bed, with plenty of room for two comfortable rollaway beds - comfortably accommodates 6 guests! The full kitchen is fully stocked, and includes an oven, stove range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The unit also includes a washer and dryer, so you'll always have clean, fresh clothes and bathing suits! An incredible value in the heart of Waikiki! Amenities in the building include a heated pool, shallow pool, hot tub, cozy cabanas, BBQs, expansive outdoor seating area with fire-pits, and 2 fitness rooms. Covered and secured parking is also included, which is a rare find in Waikiki!

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Because a previous guest may check out of the condo on the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is if you reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we do our best to accommodate late check-out requests, but because the next guest may check in on the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.

GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware as part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal.

As a company using API-connected software, we will charging a non-refundable $79 on your credit card through a secure third-party payment portal. This is for Accidental Damage Protection Program that covers you for up to $1500 in accidental damage to the property during your confirmed rental period.

All guests must agree to our terms of service. By confirming the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. (Note: We do require our primary guests to be at least 25 years old.)
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.
• Please note that there is an extra fee of $35/per guest per night after 6 guests.

Great ocean view and perfect location!

We booked this property primarily due to its location and ocean view and it did not disappoint! Literally steps to the beach and centrally located within walking distance to just about everything Waikiki has to offer! Excellent communication with the owner Dave throughout the booking process. Very responsive to our needs during our stay. Easy check-in and check-out. We would definately book this condo again for any future stays in Waikiki.Pros: Location, location, location! Ocean view with a large patio in which to lounge and enjoy the scenery and breezes. Washer and Dryer. Beds were comfortable. Beach towels, boogie boards and cooler for use. Parking on site included.Suggestions for improvement: Upon checking in we kicked off our shoes and got ourselves organized and within an hour our feet were filthy. One of the kids spilled some water on the floor and upon wiping it up the paper towel was extremely dirty. The living room rug had obviously had it share of spills, and stains as did the sofa.

Perfect Waikiki Vacation Residence

Stayed here for a week-long family vacation in Feb 2024. Many positives such as: - Easy reservation process through VRBO - Recommend downloading app to your smart device to easily read/reply to messages between property manager and yourself, if you haven't already - Easy property check-in process on day of arrival - Tower where unit is located has several security features to discourage those not staying at the unit from wandering the tower's hallways - Unit is easy to get settled into as your Waikiki residence: full kitchen with rice cooker, extra large sink and dish washer, laundry/dryer set, comfortable linens/beds/living room set up/bathroom spaces, vacuum cleaner, spacious balconies with balcony furniture, beach towels and boogie boards, and air-conditioning units for those who run hotter/cooler than Oahu's near perfect temperatures. - Easy pre-departure checklist and checkout process - Property manager makes you feel welcome throughout your stay - Valet parking staff are very helpful and very fast with vehicle retrieval - Impressive views of Kuhio Beach, surfers, SUPers, and those strolling eastern part of Kalākaua Ave - Easy access to Kuhio Beach, Kalākaua Ave restaurants and shops, and to H-I to venture beyond Waikiki area. Look forward to my next stay at this residence!

Wonderful location, best ocean view

John’s property had an excellent ocean view, was in a great location (where all of the main shops were and right across the street from the beach), and clean and plenty of room for me and my friends. Had a lot of amenities, and when I asked for an amenity he had it delivered over. John also had great recommendations for restaurants. I would go back again!

Excellent!!!

The property was very clean and organized. The view from the room was gorgeous also. Check in & out process was easy to follow. The whole experience through the visit was beyond the expectations!!! I would love to come back for the next visit.
