The house is beautiful and well-maintained, there is a full kitchen complete with everything you need to make meals at home, there is a laundry room with supplies to do laundry, there are kayaks and pool floats, and so many more amenities that make this place so amazing. It is a two minute boat ride from the heart of Homosassa Springs, and about a 20 min ride to the ocean. The host, David, is so pleasant to deal with and is wonderful about communication during your stay. I truly cannot recommend this place enough. ##### Alex R. This is where to stay to see manatees! The kayaks were so fun and we saw manatees in the backyard canal everyday! If you paddle down the canal for five minutes, the spring opens up and we saw tons of manatees swimming around. It was truly special. House is beautiful exactly as listed and was spotless. Very well stocked with kitchen essentials (including a crock pot). Our group consisted of three adult couples and a 3 year old. Kayaks were so much fun to use for a quiet paddle in the canals. Very quiet neighborhood location, close to restaurants and stores. We all had a great time fishing from the dock(caught catfish, crabs, bass, a small crappie and one small stingray). The perfect location for a family weekend.
