The kitchen was the best-stocked I've ever seen in a rental...we cooked in one night and found the pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils top-notch. The location can't be beat as it is one block from everything you could possibly want plus there's a classy bar across the alley in the back, Bonish Studios. The home was in great condition and exactly as depicted on line. Nothing was lacking in the home for meal prep and there was an ample supplies of paper items. The balcony patio was nice for snacks and cocktails after a day of fishing. Living area and kitchen is on floor 3 (just mentioning as it was not evident in the listing). It was comfortable with enough seating to all get together and we especially enjoyed the two balconies. This house is in a great location, within walking distance of most of the dock and local shops. We were there for the Seafood Festival and my 2 year old great granddaughter couldn't have been more thrilled when the parade route came right by Key Lime.
