"Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed many aspects of the resort, especially the beautiful property and friendly staff. However, there are a few areas that could enhance the guest experience.
The evening entertainment was limited, with typically only one show offered each night. Adding more activities such as trivia, karaoke, themed game nights, live music, or interactive events would give guests more options and create a livelier atmosphere after dinner.
It would also be a nice touch if water and a bottle of champagne were automatically delivered to guest rooms upon arrival rather than requiring a special request. Small details like this can make a stay feel more luxurious and welcoming.
Another improvement would be adding more electrical outlets near the room mirrors. Having only one outlet in the bathroom made it difficult for multiple guests to get ready at the same time, even a power strip would work.
The beach experience was another area where improvements could be made. We paid for an upgraded experience, yet the sargassum was worse at our beach than it was at Dreams.
And finally, the advertising is that it’s top shelf alcohol and it is clearly not top shelf if it is, it’s diluted.
Making these upgrades with be a huge difference."
