"My wife and I had an incredible stay here 10/10! This resort is absolutely beautiful, and everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. We upgraded to the Excellence Club, and it was completely worth it. Having access to the private pools, beach, and restaurant made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. We also booked the airport transportation through Seasons Transfers, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
Our favorite restaurant was Chez Isabelle, the French restaurant. We stayed in the Junior Swim-Up Suite, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The heated swim-up pool was shared with only four other couples, making it peaceful and much more private than the main pool. The waitstaff regularly stopped by to take drink and food orders, even at our private pool.
Be sure to try the fresh juices and smoothies at the Revive Bar (8 AM–5 PM) they’re a must! We also loved the hydrotherapy and massage at the spa.
A special thank you to Esteban, one of the activities directors. He took the time to get to know us, personally invited us to activities, and truly made our stay more enjoyable. The resort app was also excellent, with menus, activity schedules, and 24-hour messaging all in one place.
Lastly, we felt completely safe during our stay. The resort had security measures in place, verified guests entering the property, and kept track of anyone leaving on excursions. We can’t wait to come back!"
