The hotel itself was fine but very basic. Small, no dining service and no ability to set the temperature in individual rooms. The area around it is not good. It is the first time I've seen people openly smoking crack on the streets during the morning (and evening) rush hours. Really not a good look for Frankfurt. Also, this hotel is located on a busy road with lots of emergency vehicles using sirens to get through the nearby intersection, so very noisy.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Frankfurt right next to the Old Opera House. Perfectly situated for exploring the city. Hotel is spotless and staff cant do enough for you.
Breakfast is fantasic, facilities and rooms are great. Cant fault it.

Stayed here a few times over the years, even before the AVANI transition and it’s a good hotel in a convenient location. It can get a little warm in the facility due to lack of adequate air conditioning, but I would stay here during colder periods. The breakfast was amazing and the new decor is really nice.

Amazing Service
"We received incredible service during our stay. The bell captain pulled us out of a long line to get us to the Bon Voy check in. And the next morning, the front desk employee transported us and our luggage through the airport to access the shuttle. Above and beyond!"
