Hendrix Vacation Packages

Our room was at the front of the building, on the highway, so quite noisy. The desk agreed to move us to the quieter section but for one reason or another that never happened. Fortunately there was a fan hidden in a cabinet under the sink that provided some white noise. The room itself was fine with some small issues... one of the two TV remotes was dead and the tub spout was barely attached to the wall so pulling the diverter up was difficult and not real effective. The Managers Reception was weak compared to other E.S.'s I've stayed in. Breakfast was fine. Overall a decent stay but not up to the usual E.S standard. I'll find somewhere else next trip.

The front desk folks are so friendly and helpful. I first used this hotel as part of their park and fly offer, but have gone back when needing to stay in Dallas because it is just easy with protected parking and easy access to downtown and Dallas Love Field.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful lobby. Clean and nice size rooms.

The hotel is cute, and modern, and clean, but the room that I got is super small, which was enough for a soloist, but there is literally no closet, no drawers, there was a place to hang clothes but no hangers, I just left my clothes in the suitcase under the bed. The shower was nice but no place to put body wash, had to set it on the shower floor. (A suction cup rack to the glass wall would help a lot). I could stay there again. But at least I’m aware now. Now you are too.

Breakfast its ok,room was clean,you must pay 15$ for parking daily, staff was a friendly.
