Woke me up the first night. I meant to let the front desk know but had an appointment first thing in the morning and the staff member was busy. I was unable to let them know and unable to turn it off. Also no pool? Thought there was one."

No housekeeping came in for the duration of our stay-though thee staff were very friendly when we saw them in the hallway. Hot tub not functioning, pool water very cold. Pool room itself-the floor was so dirty. 3/5"
