Perfectly positioned for any events down town. Many things are within walking distance.

On the edge of the city’s Rino district. About a 15 minute walk to the bars and restaurants on Walnut and Larimer. Friendly staff, market restaurants on the 2nd floor. Nice stay

The hotel is old and shows a lot of signs of wear. The elevators weren't clean, the bathtub in our room was too small to use as well as horribly stained and cracked - definitely unworthy of a 4+ star hotel! The furniture in the room was torn and old. One chair's arm kept falling off when we sat in it. The bed was overly firm and the sheets were like some kind of weird plastic blend that made us sweat horribly in the night. The air conditioner kept acting up - going too high then too low and never stabilized. We didn't get any sleep at all!!

Parking was next door in a separate facility and hotel does not refund cost. Little concerning leaving anything of value in car
