"The staff are very welcoming and the room is extremely clean. They still need to update their pool and exterior, but don’t let that stop you from staying there. They are a wonderful low cost option to walking to the university of Mississippi for any activity on campus. It’s also very convenient to be next-door to Starbucks."
"Great cabin off the beaten path and convenient to both Oxford and Batesville. Plenty of room inside and out. Wonderful wrap around porch! Short drive to Pat’s Bluff recreation area on Sardis Lake. We had everything we needed. One item to note is the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow, so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue. Would definitely stay here again!!!"
"The cabin had plenty of rooms and everything that we needed during our stay. We had parking for our boat. It was conveniently located by Sardis Lake. I would definitely recommend this cabin for your stay. "
"The room was very outdated. The rug was very worn, the bathtub had stains on it and the tub didn’t drain, the toilet ran constantly, and asked for another room and they said they all were like that and that they were renovating the hotel. When we checked I told the desk clerk about it and made no apologies and had no rage contact. It was very . disappointing. The only thing that was good was the continental breakfast and the bed was comfortable."
"Almost turned around and walked out of the room. Smelled of old cigarettes and hadn’t been cleaned well. Definitely low income housing for migrant workers. I didn’t feel safe as the door didn’t shut completely. The highlight was when someone decided to blast bass at 1:30 am. I wouldn’t recommend you pick this place at all. $200 dollars poorly spent."
