There was a delay for checking in because the housekeeping were washing pillowcases. That was the only issue during our stay. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean and roomy. I sleep well in the bed so it was comfortable. There was a microwave and mini fridge in our room.

Stadium light shining into room all night. Darkening curtains couldn’t be closed - would not move. We had to used a hair clip to close curtains as best we could.

Many service machines out of order. Ice machine, gym equipment, etc. Crumbs all over the floor in room. Dusty lamp shades. Booger stuck on wall above lamp. Breakfast food not stocked.

The smell in the room was not very pleasant but tolerable. A little air freshener probably would’ve fixed it. The bed was extremely firm so i was unable to get a good nights sleep. Other than that, it was fine.

The property was awesome. The staff sucked. The lady that checked me in acted like i was a inconvenience to her and her phone time. Day lady was to busy chatting with a friend.
