I fell in love with this hotel and it's kind loving staff! First let me tell you about the hotel. It's brand new, with amazing view of the city. The rooms are nicely furnished with great balcony that over look the city. It's close to everything and they accomidates me at 3 in the morning for checkin since they have 24x7 reception. Second the breakfast is awesome and they make a great Armenian coffee ☕ Third and most importantly the staff made this place like home. It was my birthday and as you can see based on the images we all celebrated at 11:30 in morning with cake, fruits, candle, birthday hat and some good Armenian liquor that was provided for a small toast. It was a perfect birthday with true Armenian hospitality on display. I am checking out of the hotel today but I left my heart at Sunset Apart-hotel. This is a nice, cozy and clean place. Nothing fancy but acceptable.

Stayed in the deluxe suite for two days and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, making it easy to relax after a day out. I would definitely book this suite again on a future visit. The free breakfast had a very good variety and quality. It was a great way to start each day. The location is excellent—close to many restaurants and shops, and within a walking distance to major attractions like the Cascade and Vernissage Market. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for a long overnight layover. Room was clean and pretty warm (I saw a review claiming rooms are too cold and was worried about that). Front desk lady was very helpful and brought breakfast to my room very early in the morning. I’m not sure if I’d stay in this hotel for longer since it’s far away from the center but if you need a hotel for layover this is a great option.
