The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy, and the location is very convenient if you'd like to walk to dinner/breakfast/coffee. I'd definitely stay here again. There are a number of shops within feet of the front door, but if shopping/browsing is on your list of things to do, get there early or plan to stay in town until late morning because the store hours are limited."

We paid $62 for 2 pieces of fish, chips for each of us at Hotel restaurant. No coleslaw or salad to go with it. We went downtown (Parawan) next day to eat. Wonderful home cooked food @ DeeDee's & goodies too. Loved it. You could only call after # if you needed something."

"Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Our cabin was clean and a good size for two. The cabin is a little worn and dated. The bed was too soft for our taste. The lighting in the cabin needs to be improved for guest comfort. The first night the internet speed was slow and frustrating but the second night it was fast, Our refrigerator froze all the food we were traveling with and they didn’t know how to fix it. The adjacent restaurant was convenient after a long in the park and we enjoyed the food. Felt like maybe the hotel has new owners who are trying to figure it out, so added a star to give some grace. The pool and hot tub were comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our stay and recommend the property. Our cabin was modern and clean. Loved the fire pit with chairs and the diner right across the street. We only have two concerns. First, we paid for a Premier Cabin, Mountain View. From no window or our front porch did we have any view of any mountain. And second, the bath towels were tough as sandpaper. But still would stay again and recommend highly."
