« Small error during the check-in process : on the number of nights of my stay and the fact that the room was already paid so they had to double-check twice.
The room was quite spacious but may need a refresh.
The food at the cafe (after 10pm) was very disappointing. The one at the chinese restaurant though was very good.
Convenient since there is an ATM in the lobby. »

« Staff tried to be helpful but were not used to servicing foreigners with limited knowledge on traveling through China. No restaurant or ATM on premises from which to get currency for eating out, as local restaurants do not accept foreign cards.
Also worth noting that hotel stays booked through third-party channels (such as online travel agencies) are not eligible for earning award points. »
