Requested for a non-smoking room and was give one on the 18th floor with good views. The counter staff at the check-in was good and receptionist was kind enough to help me book a taxi in the freezing -23 degrees temperature to a local restaurant for dinner and told us the exact fare to pay (to avoid being scalped) as the in house restaurant was closed.
