"Check was easy, quiet at night."

"Not a great stay. Showed up to find my pre-paid reservation was not honored, but they were kind enough to put us up in the lesser hotel across the lot at the same price. Half painted walls, light fixtures not working, power outlets hanging out of the bathroom wall. Saturday breakfast was to be open until 10am. We arrived at 9:25 to find the sausage and meats gone, two scoops of potatoes left, one scoop of eggs left, and no yogurt left. Nothing was refilled. Toast, bagels, and cereal only. Long story short, be wary of staying here if you don't arrive early or wake up early. They might not have your room or breakfast you paid for, just apologies."

"Great atmosphere, quiet and clean. Had major elevator issues, with only one of three running while hosting at least three NCAA teams. Our hot water in the bathroom sink was shut off due to a leak—nothing unworkable, just annoying. Overall a great stay. The lounge was nice—drinks were overpriced as you would expect. "

"This hotel is in the middle of Concord historic district, so it’s a great location for sightseeing and walking around shopping or eating. It’s a very charming and historic old building, so the rooms/bathrooms are small and staircases are steep and narrow, and no elevator. The parking is free in the back, but it is difficult to get the entrance. There is a restaurant on the first floor, so very convenient to enjoy lunch and dinner. The staff are friendly and we got free bottles of water when we checked in, so I made coffee in the room. My room was facing a busy road, so the speeding cars made me wake up at night."
