"The property needed serious updates. The roof leaked water into the room in 3 places and actually shorted out the bathroom ceiling fan. Carpets were stained, drywall needed work, (fire?) corridor doors were wedged/tied open. Outside entryway doors were not secure. Good news was the shower had great ..."
