« Excellent value for the money. The resort has gone out of their way to provide outdoor games canoes, a paddle boat etc. all at no extra charge. Clean and spacious. Our second year here, and we plan to make it an annual trip. Only complaint was the weather. »

« This property was a pleasure to stay at. The kitchen was very well equipped and only lacked for proper (glass) wine glasses. The living room had an abundance of good reading lights which is something that many rental cottages lack. It was lovely to hear the babbling river as we enjoyed happy hour on the sunny deck. A real pleasure! »

« Wanted to get out of toronto for a few nights before the kids went back to school. Found" running water" and knew the kids would love it, especially because its water access , and we could use our boat to and from. Dorset is a great little town, everything you will need. Raven lake is clean, well marked out, great for a cruise, or tubing . »

« We had a great snowy getaway. The cottage and the lake were so peaceful and calm. Just what we needed to unwind before the holidays. Inside had everything we needed from cooking utensils to pots/pans and we were able to try out a local restaurants. The host was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. »

The cottage was clean and had all the amenities listed. The dock area was great for swimming and lounging and had enough room for all of us. « It is a picturesque cottage with everything perfectly maintained. There was a great view of the lake and excellent lighting; and a forest behind the cottage. Foosball and air hockey tables in basement were great fun as was the hot tub which is on a large deck. Barbecue is conveniently near to sliding doors of cottage on a balcony. Bedrooms are spacious. Although James was responsive during our stay as I was listing issues throughout the entire weekend, nothing has been done to compensate us. « We stayed here 2 nights. Accessing property was easy. The cottage was pretty clean and equipped with tons of upto date amenities for a relaxed stay. Wish there was more supply of coffee and paper towels. Also, living room could use a bit more lighting. Would love to come here again. »

« It was perfect, everything about this property was on point! My husband and I throughly enjoyed this lakefront property! The water is crystal clear, great swimming, even when it rained the one afternoon the lookout over the glass railing deck is exceptionally beautiful! « We booked this place while visiting with family in Haliburton for Easter weekend. It was about a 5-10 minute drive from Haliburton which was perfect. Very clean and modern interior, you can tell great pride is taken in keeping this cabin tidy! Will more than likely book again the next time we are visiting! »

« Great location Perfect spot for us as we spent our days here geocaching in the area. Everything is as advertised. Super comfy and cozy. Not a lot of restaurants in the area so we planned to eat in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Including a dishwasher - yay!! Clean and well equipped. Nice and quiet. FYI - be sure to bring your own paper products. No paper towels or tissues and 1 roll of TP for a 3 night stay. We would come back to this location. »

« Cet établissement se veut très raffiné, mais ils admettent des chauffeurs de camions qui passent la nuit à se promener par les couloirs en buvant de l alcool et en criant sans que personne leur dise de se taire.... Les chambres sont mal isolées et on entend tous les bruits de l extérieur, les meubles vieux et défraichis.... vraiment très décevant. La seule bonne chose est la piscine et le sauna, mais je préfère mille fois une bonne nuit de sommeil et non pas une baignade. Ah, le gazon du golf...
