Hotel in a great location. It was a pleasant stay but the hotel was noisy especially at night; bins being emptied and other guests were audible from our room on floor 1\. Might be better higher up the building but I wouldn't stay on floor 1 again. Breakfast was a good self service buffet. Lounge was nice for a coffee or glass of wine.

The staff was horrible. I think her name is Gabriela. I have never been treated like this anywhere around the world. I needed to change hotel. I will never recommend this place to anyone and she should not work with any type of service.
