Room was ok .. shower great .. bed comfy 10 mins walk into York central.. parking costs ok but not sure it should be an additional cost for the booking.. air con is only portable on ground floor so needed ventilation hose out of the window which is not very secure on ground floor on roadside! Staff done their best but needs a few upgrades and booking should identify that before reservation

"Room was a big disappointment. Dark, Dismal, wallpaper falling off the wall. Bathroom was awful, Lino on floor, mold on tiles, set in the 50’s. That was the executive room. Goodness knows what the standard rooms were like. Bed wasn’t. Dry comfy and the pillows were like bricks. I’ll not be returning ..."
