"The property was excellent and exactly as described. The pictures accurately represented the home, and the décor was beautiful throughout.There were a couple of minor issues: some of the outdoor rugs showed staining from furniture wear due to the ocean environment, and the hot tub was initially cold and took about a day to fully heat up.One thing to note for future guests is the layout, which includes three kitchens. As you approach the property, the unit on the right (upstairs) has its own kitchen, along with an additional kitchen in the party/workout room facing the pool—this setup worked especially well for hosting catered meals without crowding the main living space. The third kitchen is located in the unit on the left (north side, facing the beach); it was spacious and comfortable, with a dining table that easily seated eight, which was perfect for our group.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others. The beach is very close and absolutely beautiful."

"Wonderful modern high tech property on the beach with pools. We had our family vacation here with 14 people and the two house setup worked perfectly. Moved between the beach and the pools throughout the day. Great for all ages. Plenty of outside space around the pools. Nice BBQ grills that we used every night. host was very responsive both before and during our stay. We will be back in the future. "

"House was nice but there was no toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap. They need a gas grill. No one uses charcoal anymore. The pantry smelled so bad you could smell it throughout the house."
