The room was comfortable and clean. Bed comfort was average to below average. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was wonderful. Breakfast was OK. This hotel seems overpriced for the quality, but must consider the location and tourism this time of year.

Close to town. Pool was nice and the room had great view on the east side. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good. The hotels is older but has been updated here and there. Not too far to everything town. Very walkable.

I had not stayed at the Comfort Inn in Gunnison before. The facility was convenient and well-priced compared to the alternatives. I had stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Gunnison many times, but it was not available this time. The Comfort Inn Express was very adequate for my needs and less than half the cost of the Holiday Inn. The breakfast was just as good and well maintained. Parking lot was well lite and safe. Restaurants and Walmart very close by.

Customer service at checkin and checkout were poor attitude from both and different ladies were short to talk to. Now the lady working the morning breakfast was amazing and there service was awesome!! Best breakfast we have ever had at a comfort inn, great job!! Wall and doors need to be worked on.

The entire property is currently being updated. The new rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient and the extensive continental breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was clean and quiet with great AC units. Towels were changed every day but for some reason beds never got made. Hot tub was completely out of order which was a bummer. We also booked a suite with a tub inside but did not get that upon arrival.
