The balcony of my room offered an excellent view of one of the most beautiful architectural structures of the city. The nights are quiet, making for a sound sleep, unlike the center of the city. Most of all, I always felt right at home."

"The room is listed as 1.7 km from center. What's not said is it's up a VERY steep mountain. That made it sometimes unwalkable. We're walkers, but had a back problem. We did walk down one day, but not the Google Maps route which requires multiple long up-down stairways. They clean with some god-awful toxic-smelling stuff that caused me respiratory problems. The Hotels.com price listed is significantly lower than what I was actually charged with somewhat hidden fees etc. so beware of that. ...

The room that we book they thought it was a little bit small for us so they upgrade us with a bigger one, the room was super clean and comfortable, We were supposed to stay one nite and decide to add a second. No hot water in the bathroom sink plus faucet handle fell off. No shower curtain until we asked for it. Broken toilet roll holder. Handwritten notes asking for maid tip (no service ever) and also to take care of trash (no bags provided), Mop bucket left in room with mop in it. My sister got locked in her room as the door lock jammed. Freezing room....
