Except for; the listing says air conditioned yet there is no thermostat in the unit. Every day the unit was comfortable, but at night time it got excessively hot. I had to message the host each time I wanted the unit cooler and it didn’t really seem successful. For a listing that isn’t a room in a house, it’s its own studio apartment, I should have my own temperature...

« I would not recommend this property. My family and I felt unsafe as soon as we pulled up. The house smelled bad on the inside and is not as the pictures stated. The one bathroom with a shower had an unsafe drop down tub and an outhouse type bathroom outside. There was trash left on the futon in the living room and I immediately asked for a refund and the host stated that he would give me that. I have pictures stating that. « Our extended family had a wonderful stay at this home. Communication was excellent throughout our visit and the host was very attentive and helpful. There were some design/decorating decisions that detracted from the comfort of the home (firm pleather sofas, bright, sterile lighting) but they did not interfere with our stay overall. Also, white bath towels would have been a better choice; towels were mismatched and worn. We would stay again. The property was large and we had a great time...
