"The first room we were put in had many issues. It reeked of smoke, the TV kept messing up and the tub was steadily leaking water from the faucet. We called the desk and they immediately put us in a new room and everything was good. No smell, the whirlpool was amazing and the TV worked perfectly. The staff was very accommodating."
