This is my second stay here while attending a play at the Saenger Theater. We love the location to it and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and the beds were wonderful in our room. Valet parking is very worth the money.

Nice rooftop pool area and restaurant. Good space in the room/apartment, with a full kitchen. Bedroom had no window and was dark due to the layout of the building (a warehouse conversion). Carpet in the hallways was quite stained.

The laundry service was horrible. Not once in my 3 night stay was my room cleaned! I asked the front desk to bring more towels and to at least empty trash and it never happened! I used the same towel to take a shower the whole time!
