Espresso machine! Personalized music for room. Hard Rock Cafe and shop in same area. Enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. Worst part was smoking casino right outside the hotel door. Non-smoking casino on lower floor inaccessible from hotel elevator. "

"It was like coming into a friend's home. Staff excelled at hospitality especially Star who was the receptionist. She was so pleasant and helpful. Her cheerfulness and admission of her love for her job was so welcoming. Another staff member was the breakfast room person...Sally???? She again was very cheerful and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The entrance was very inviting with the staircase, fireplace, and elegant chairs and table. Staying at a Country Inn & Suites has never disappointed but this staff made this one memorable !!! "
