"Hotel location was ok. Longer walk to the beach than most however. The desk person that checked me in was very unfriendly. No smiles from anyone and didn't seem to care if we were staying there or not! Also after I checked in and paid she said I needed to go over to finish my checkin process with an individual at a table who was simply trying to sell entertainment packages which I refused after a few questions. NOT really a part of a check in process! Then we went to the room after dinner and the entire hallway was dark! No lights to even seen the room numbers! Very unsafe to not have the light bulbs working for guests! Also our room phone didn't work so I called the front desk with my cell phone. Maintenance did come up and fix the phone and put a light bulb in outside our room. But these issues show further lack of concern for your guests! Also we were told to call the front desk if we needed anything so the second day no new towels were left so we called the front desk and asked for 4 towels to be brought to our room and she said I could come down and pick them up! No a professional practice to make your guests feel welcome . Anyway I wasn't very satisfied with this stay. I've been to PCB about a dozen times over the years and never experienced such a lack of concern anywhere we've stayed like this!"

"The pictures lie! There is no pool and the rooms look like something from a scary movie. The hotel is something off of girls gone wild. Don’t do it!"

"I really enjoy this hotel. It's not a 5 star hotel but it is always very clean and the staff is very nice. I really love the complimentary breakfast and the beach access. I love the memories I've made here with my family. Good hotel, goos quality and affordable."

"The room was lovely in all respects except for sound insulation. You could hear people talking in the hallways and music from outside the hotel across the street. This noise level interfered with my sleep."
