Girdwood Vacation Packages

The pictures on the application are not representative of the actual property. This is a run down, poorly maintained hotel. The room has no pictures on the walls, there is no lock on the window which has a view of the homeless who live behind the building. There are only three towels for four people, and there is no housekeeping service. We stayed for 5 nights and had to beg the staff for soap. The laundry is used by the people who live in the cars in the parking lot, the doors to the hotel stairs are open to all. No need to set an alarm as the trains will honk their horns starting at 4am every 20-30 minutes. Far from downtown, at the bottom of a large hill.

beautiful location, restaurants , trails, not far from Whittier, the Alaska wildlife conservation, not to mention the wildlife outside of the hotel! Girdwood brewing was amazing!

Older hotel but they are working on renovations. Our room was comfortable. The staffers very friendly and helpful.

The house is exactly as photos appeared. The modern house was 180 degree switch from our cabin rentals during our vacation. Everything is clean & new- it was just completed this spring. Hot tub was a nice relaxing spot after a long day of traveling.
