We were kind of disappointed (1) that there were no Mini fridges in the room, and (2) that during peak times during the day, the wait for to speak with a guest relations were over 30 minutes at the In-House Guest Relations Desk or front desk.

There is such a crush of people that no attention is paid. It’s by kiosk and very impersonal. The layout is also hard to navigate. I’d not stay here again.
