"We had had a horrible experience just before we got there at another hotel. The staff at Quality Inn were fantastic! They listened to our frustration, did a quick but thorough job of checking us in, the room was spotless, and the person at the front desk when we left was very helpful and kind. We will recommend Quality Inn! "

"Employees need to wear a uniform. Most didn't speak English and you didn't know they were staff until they started working on . Front desk staff was excellent. Pancake machine was broken 3 of the 4 days we stayed. "

We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen to prepare our family favorites. It was nice to have use of the garage with the rainy weather. "Lots of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Nice neighborhood with a great fenced backyard for a visiting dog. Almost a TV in every room. I saw another review that said there was not a second master suite, but I don’t think they realized the second one is on the lower level. Private BR with attached bath. We really liked the heated game room. "
