Two master suites is a little misleading, there is one suite with a King and ensuite bath, the second is a room with a queen bed and access to a shared bathroom. It was large enough for my husband and me plus my daughter’s family of four. The play area in the garage was a big hit for our 9 yr old. The separation of bedrooms upstairs vs downstairs allowed each family to have their own sleeping space. The yard is large, fenced with grass so good for dogs. The neighborhood is very quiet and seems safe. It’s close to major roads and amenities. There were a few issues that made our stay less than ideal. A repair guy was at the house when we checked in. He replaced an exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms. Unfortunately he didn’t fix the lights, too, so that bathroom was pretty dark. He did fix the kiddie gate on the stairs going to the downstairs so that was good. The yard is great but it hasn’t been mowed in some time so the grass is tall which made it hard to pick up after our dogs. There was a large pile of sheets and towels in the dryer that we didn’t know where to put. In order to cool the top floor, we froze the family sleeping in the downstairs. The cooling system has one thermostat on the main floor. The listing did not say that access to all bedrooms requires either going upstairs or downstairs- no bedrooms are on the main floor. Finally, we’ve stayed in a lot of short term rentals and the check out process was a bit onerous.
