The staff was friendly and helpful; my only issue with staff was that they were unfamiliar with a subject I had a question about. (She was not familiar with the name of the application I booked through... probably not her fault since at the time I couldn't remember it either, but it led to a payment uncertainty.) The only other problem came from being booked into an adjoining room; we did not know the people in the other room, and they had the TV on ALL night. We could hear it and see light under the door, so maybe it was just an issue of the door needing to be longer, or at least more soundproof.
