The pool itself was great, however the pool furniture needs upgrading. There were three rusting bar stools and two wooden lounge chairs that needed cushions. I emailed the contact person on arrival that we needed more toilet paper and never heard back. I just bought some, no problem. Thank you. Unfortunately, the Texas heat took a toll on one of the AC units in the main house; however, the property manager was quite responsive. Within an hour or two, a repair tech was onsite, and the problem was resolved by Friday evening. Due to our large group size, we did run into some issues with a lack of towels, but this was resolved by a trip to the store. We also had an issue with a couple of the beds (one collapsed due to incorrect assembly, and the trundle bed frame was broken when we arrived); however, we were able to work around these issues. In all fairness, it is unknown if the property management team had been aware of these issues before our arrival. Even with the issues we experienced, I would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone looking for a place with ample space to host friends and family. Again, thank you for the opportunity to stay. ##### Todd K.
