« I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips. »

« We chose this rental because it was advertised as being 250 steps to a private beach. The property itself was clean, keyless entry was awesome and it was well equipped. There was only one problem. We weren’t able to find the beach access. We contacted the owner, they told us we needed to walk down the road until we came to a blue building on the right and a stockade fence on the left. « The unit I stayed in, was perfect in every way for me. I needed a time out, for a few days, in a beautiful setting, and my expectations, were met. The location, is perfect, I felt very comfortable, ordering food, or driving to pick something up. Everything, from the beach, shops, food, etc, is nearby.
