Excellent communication, walking distance to Cape Haze Marina where we had boat tour booked. Unit appeared newly remodeled, grounds were gorgeous with lots of room to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The outside courtyard is a little oasis with palm trees and 4 hot tubs.
