Master bath shower problem with draining very slow, water rising, had to take very quick shower. Sent text to property management to check it but no response. Lower dock is falling on right side it is a safety hazzard. Fish cleaning table is leaning. Need some structural work in lower dock area. Some downstairs furniture very rusted shoud be thrown out. For the price we paid the house should have been pristine. With a few rrepairs we would go back.
