The primary bedroom features a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS! ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present. ● Beach Access: Less than a 4-minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. I had no trouble checking in or checking out. The building was clean and the loft was nicely decorated. The apartment was very clean and would be perfect for a longer stay. The location was great and within walking distance to the Strand, shopping and restaurants. Beach was only a 5 minute drive. One thing to consider is if you have heavy luggage or can’t lift things our apartment was on the second floor and there is not an elevator. The listing advises that as well. There were bikes that could be borrowed in the lobby area. Management was very attentive and quick to respond to any messages. Check in process was easy and made our quick trip to Galveston great. Would be an excellent location to stay if you were hopping on a cruise the next day. It was really nice to relax and decompress before we go on our ship. You do have to pay for parking but it’s cheap and right across the street. You’re near the Stran and plenty of shopping, but just far enough away to not have the noise. The place was really clean. You do a combination washer/dryer. And a nice kitchen to cook whatever you need to cook. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. ##### adam b. Property was just as listed on the website. Communication was fantastic. Check in process was extremely simple.
