He took the time to show us around and where everything was. Also, the lady who checked us out was very nice and the check out process was so easy. I'm sorry, I forgot her name. We also appreciated being able to pay a little extra for a later check out. We got to enjoy our last morning and not feel so rushed. The property is very peaceful and quiet. My only negative would be that you can't exactly enjoy listening to the ocean waves from the balcony due to how loud the AC unit is (but thank God for the AC), so kinda a catch 22\. Even when we turned our AC off, we still heard other units. However, a small negative. The ocean is still literally right there, which is what we wanted and the waves sound better in person, on the private beach anyways. If I could give one recommendation, it would be to get the higher table and bar chairs for the balcony so you can see over the railing for an unobstructed view. I saw other units had it and thought it was a great idea. The property is beautiful, the private beach is AMAZING and exactly what we wanted. Property is still close enough to the Seawall if you want to go out and enjoy restaurants and Pleasure Pier. It was also just a short drive to take the ferry to visit Bolivar Peninsula. We will 100% be back!
