We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. The pool was so nice too! Some of our FAVORITE parts: - the fact that the house was not off the main boulevard because we had our doggo with us and wanted some type of yard. - there was a beach access road to Jamaica Beach like 6 minutes down the road and we parked our car right on the beach with the whole crew. This trip will forever be a core memory watching our little and dog get to play together on the beach, and the ease of the house, host, and everything literally could not have been more perfect. The pool water was low and we weren’t sure it was prepared for guest. Inside, there was a small, very worn couch. And the bedding was not comfortable. We ended up only staying one night. The beds were very firm, and a challenge for us. People need to know this property is not near the beach unless you drive, as it is a fair distance to walk, and there are narrow roads with no sidewalks. It is also miles from the nearest store for supplies.
