We arrived not knowing that this was an older style beachside accommodation. If I had of known I would not have booked it. The place was clean and the staff were very helpful but the place being a lido ment there were people everywhere and as it was on the beach it felt that every towns person was there for the beach, resturant, bar etc.

In spite of the fact that this is not a “resort”, we found it to be extremely comfortable, quiet and secure. The Breakfast provided was above average, the scenery (views) were amazing and all staff members were kind and very helpful. It is unfortunate that Google continues to provide erroneous directions to this location, and it is highly recommended to abide by the directions provided by El Mirador staff.

Room was a big size, shower was powerful and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The bathroom was really small, so was the shower cubicle. We were room 104 which was above the breakfast area and every morning at 7am we could hear the staff pushing the tables and chairs to set up the breakfast bit which was so loud and disturbing. On our last night we could hear the same noise until midnight!

We stayed in a very large room which was awesome, fascinating stonework. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Inclusive breakfast was so fresh and many choices of different items. Central location in the old city. Highly recommend
