Newly Built, Upscale, Central Summary: The Botanical Suite is a newly built, freshly stocked, sparkly clean, unique upscale stay in the heart of GNV! ▻ Walk to University of Florida & Downtown G'ville ▻ Includes all amenities you could ever want! ▻ 3 bdrms & 2 baths ▻ 7 beds for up to 10 guests (incl. 2 Kings) ▻ Fully equipped & family-friendly (incl. Pack n' Play) ▻ Hangout outside on the stylish Porch ▻ This downstairs, single floor space is all yours! The Space: The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 40-minute drive)! This newly-built, concept-designed home features a bright King Bed Master Bedroom with en-suite bath, an additional King Bed bedroom, a Guest Bedroom with two twin beds, and a shared bath. You'll also find a pullout sofa and two rollaway beds. With 7 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in total. Bonus: Pack n Play for an infant! Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep. There is also a desk for shooting off those emails from home! Everything in the home is brand new--boutique Botanical-themed design, granite countertops, hard floors, Gigabit WiFi, and large LED TVs in every room with streaming capability for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc.! We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house. Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary! You'll be assigned one designated parking spot in addition to free street parking all around the home. Guest Access: Full access to the home, it's all yours and only yours! Enjoy full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. One assigned parking space + free street parking all around. The Neighborhood: Located in Gainesville's Historic Pleasant Street neighborhood. Within walking distance to the University of Florida and Downtown, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and the O'connel Center. Grocery stores and parks all nearby. Getting Around: Free parking on-site, centrally located, easily walk to UF campus, Downtown & Midtown restaurants and bars, bus stop nearby, Uber/Lyft and electric scooters all available via respective apps. We have a noise decibel detector that notifies us if there is loud disruptive noise (It does not record and only goes off with very excessive noise like screaming or party music).
