Also we were snowed in and had to take cool showers as the hot water went out & they failed to communicate that with us and the lady at the front desk acted kinda rudely when I asked if it was just our room or a hotel wide issue. I literally gently asked. Had they been prepared for the weather & communicated with us about the issues, and not been so hateful about the issues I would’ve given 4 stars. Also breakfast was all carbs. You get what you pay for I suppose.
