« To enjoy the view of Roskilde Fjord is priceless. The house was tidy and clean, and well equipped with everything you need, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, water kettle, refrigerator etc. If you need to recharge your battery this is surely a good place to be! And thank you very much to our hosts: kind, polite, often there with a helping hand. »

« Die Hütte war nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Viele Haare in Schublden und um das Bett herum und im Bad. Dazu Spinnweben. Duschvorhang sollte ausgetauscht werden! Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett extrem klein. Keine Anleitung für Benutzung des Kamin. Töpfe und Bratpfanne stark abgenutzt. Gut: viel Geschirr und Besteck. Beschreibung wo Schlüsselbox ist fehlte »

« Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen klassischen Familienurlaub braucht und die Kommunikation zur Agentur und zur Vermieterin war immer gut, auch bei kleineren Herausforderungen wurde schnell geholfen. Einzig die Tatsache, dass das warme Wasser zum Duschen kaum für zwei Personen reichte, war etwas unerwartet. »

« Une magnifique maison très fonctionnelle. Un régal de passer Noël dans cet espace avec grandes baies vitrées, chaleureux. Des jouets pour enfants (LEGO au pays du LEGO on adore !) , Chaise haute, lit pliant. Cuisine ultra équipée. L'accès au top avec la boîte à clés. Explications très claires de la propriétaire, nous espérons d'ailleurs avoir bien tout respecté. Le seul point négatif concerne la propreté, l'état général était ok mais dans les détails moyen. Et forte odeur de cigarette à notre...

« Wir haben über die Fewo-direkt App gebucht. Gastgeber war jedoch NOVASOL und da liegt schon das Problem. Am Hauptanreisetag Samstag ist die Agentur nur bis 17 Uhr erreichbar. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar. Lediglich die Fewo-direkt Hotline war besetzt, die Mitarbeiter aber nicht befugt, etwas für...

« Nettes Haus, gut eingerichtet, optimal für 3 Personen, aber auch zu viert möglich, gut ausgestattet, sauber und ordentlich, und die Location ist super. Nur dass man die gebuchte Bettwäsche, die gemäß der Buchungsbestätigung eigentlich in der Unterkunft bereit liegen sollte, abends erst in Gilleleje abholen muss, also etwas über eine Stunde Fahrt extra - und nein, es liegt nicht auf dem Weg - war ein ärgerlicher Einstieg! »
