The building has a great Italian old architecture, but beautifully done interiors. The room I stayed in had its own steam room, its own sauna and a Jacuzzi and a living room. "Great location, but hotel not maintained well. There was a sewerage smell coming up through drains in the bathroom. If you want extra towels they charge you. They have a pool but don’t provide towels for it. The front desk staff was a bit rude at times. Good you can park there though."

"Most beautiful location close to Lucca. Loved the green rolling hills around it. The breakfast was delicious and you could sit outside overlooking the hills. It was majestic. My family loved the pool too."

"The food at the restaurant was terrible.
I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me.
They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine.
The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception.
