"Room was clean and recently renovated. Staff was helpful. Coffee in lobby was great. Only thing I didn’t love was the fact that the $20 parking was sold out. The parking lot itself was tiny so it just affect the majority of the guests. The front desk was nice enough to point out that there is a parking garage next door or metered street parking. Parking garage is free from 10PM to 7AM which was convenient since we were only staying 1 night. Not sure about the cost otherwise."

"The Churchill is an absolutely charming hotel in Embassy Row. Rooms are formally appointed with classic architectural details and very well maintained. Get the true Washington experience with all the comforts. Wonderful staff. Great location. It's a winner! "

"Clean place and good breakfast "

"Di not let them place you in a room on the entry level. You hear noise from the lobby, and they are located one floor down from a commercial gym. I could hear people running on a treadmill and the staff was aware of that issue when they placed me in the room. The lobby is almost always noisy, and if people are smoking near garage you can smell that too. I stay here only for convenience when visiting my kids who live nearby but if there were another Marriott where I could use rewards I’d go there. Also, the furniture needs to be replaced. Drawers won’t stay shut. Bathrooms are not always stocked fully. Staff is not particularly helpful and often seem overwhelmed."

"I loved the very comfortable clean beds in our room. No water, microwave or coffeepot in the room, but I guess, that's what kept the price of the room low. And the same with the bathroom. Very clean, but lacked lotion. I would definitely book this place again. So convenient and in the heart of the city."

"The front desk staff was very helpful during the check in process and changing of rooms. To no fault of theirs, we had to change rooms and I ended up in an hypoallergenic room which was perfect for me. Room was clean and had the most wonderful view. Room service was great."

"Breakfast was amazing.Facility was so beautiful. I didn't like that the receptionist who checked me and my family in didn't tell me everytime before i leave the parking like to come to the desk so the can clear the fee.Thankfully the receptionist told us when we went to check out "
