This 1,800+ sq ft luxury casita is located directly on one of Cape Coral's beautiful boat canals, and it's a prime spot to enjoy all the local delights of this magical town. This is also one of our most affordable South Florida vacation homes, a popular choice for groups of up to 6, family and friends. The Space: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms benefit from spacious design and a split floor plan that gives the master bedroom its own wing, allowing everyone plenty of space for relaxation and privacy. High ceilings, numerous windows and sliding glass doors, and recently updated designer décor create a look that is indulgent and bright. The living room has plush seating, a large flatscreen TV, and an enticing view of the water. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a comfortable dining area that invites lively meals. Wireless Internet is included. The master bedroom has a giant four-poster king-size bed, a roomy master bathroom, and sliding glass door access to the pool. One thing that would have made this a perfect experience is if the tv's in the bedrooms were replaced with a system that can accept app log in info (I get the DVD player took my Netflix log in but it was really really slow and outdated) or cable TV.
