Private pool. Ideal location &home! Nestled in a very nice area in Fort Myers is this 3-bedroom retreat. We offer a clean, comfortable house with a private pool & close to everything. We are located only a few blocks away from Florida Southwestern College. (FSW), A perfect location for parents visiting students or for a college visit. Our home is also an excellent location for those watching or participating in baseball games. We are also only about 15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. We are close to downtown Ft. Myers and popular shopping areas, such as Belle Towers. We are just across the bridge from Cape Coral. The historic Edison home is just a few minutes away, as well. Our location is not only central to most everything, but we have a beautiful and safe neighborhood where you can walk, ride your bike, or go a few blocks away to our golf course. Whether you are staying here on vacation, for work, or for another event, this location is perfect for everyone and everything. We have 2 king bedrooms, and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk bed on top of it. Everyone will find their perfect spot to unwind. Enjoy the fabulous living room with a cozy sofa bed for extra relaxation. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, a shower, and one bathtub. Enjoy our heated pool out in our large lanai. We have lounge chairs and towels for you to enjoy our outdoor area. Out by the pool, we also have a table and chairs for eating or drinking outside, along with a flat-screen outdoor smart TV. We also have some beach chairs and towels you can take to the beach. I am the owner and manager. I am easy to reach and will make sure your questions are answered. We do offer monthly stays. Please let us know if you are interested in that. Mar 17, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfect for Red Sox Spring Training - Highly Recommend Stayed for three nights in March with my Dad and two kids (12 and 9) for Red Sox Spring Training, and had a wonderful stay. Property was recently renovated and very clean. The house felt bigger than it looks in the pictures, and the pool was nice and warm. It’s about 20-25 minutes to Fenway South, and is a quick drive to Cape Coral and Ft. Myers. There are grocery stores, Walmart, and restaurants in close driving distance. The neighborhood itself was very nice and felt very safe… lots of people walking dogs and exercising. We really enjoyed floating around in the pool and watching the outdoor TV. There were four other TVs, but we barely used them as the outdoor space was perfect for us. The only thing close to a negative was that the water pressure in the non master bathroom was light, but we hardly noticed as the kids were swimming every day. The owner (Angie) was extremely kind, responsive, and attentive. Would definitely recommend the property to friends and stay again in the future. ##### Mike S.
